Is the price I see the final price?

Yes. Every price on MixMint is all-inclusive — platform fee and taxes are inside the number. No extra charges appear at checkout.

How do downloads work?

After payment you get a personal, expiring download link served by MixMint itself. DJs host originals on their own Drive; you never see those links and files always arrive as proper downloads, never in-browser streams.

What if my download fails or expires?

Failed downloads retry free. Used links can be re-issued from your library. After a 3-day lock, re-downloads cost 50% — or 0 with Download Insurance.

How do DJs get paid?

15% platform commission (8% for Pro DJs). Earnings land in the DJ wallet and pay out to UPI or bank account above ₹500 with OTP confirmation.

I'm a DJ — where do my files live?

Your choice: upload to MixMint storage, or paste any Google Drive / MediaFire / direct link. We verify the link downloads before accepting it, cache it privately for 2 days per buyer wave, and never expose your original link.

How do refunds work?

Request from your library with a reason. Eligible cases auto-process; the rest are reviewed with a visible status tracker. See the Refunds page for the full policy.
